How to Use Your Lunara Moon Lamp

Setting up your Lunara Moon Lamp takes less than 60 seconds. Follow these simple steps to get your moon floating.

Plug in the base

Connect the power adapter to the walnut wood base and plug it into any wall outlet. The base contains the electromagnetic system that creates the levitation field.

Position the moon

Hold the moon lamp directly above the center of the base with both hands. You'll feel the magnetic field pushing back — that's normal. Keep the moon level and centered.

Release gently

Slowly release your hands once you feel the moon "lock" into the magnetic field (about 10–15mm above the base). The moon will hover and begin to rotate on its own.

Control the light

Touch the base to cycle through 3 natural light colors (warm white, natural white, cool white). Use the included wireless remote for additional modes — 20 display modes in total.

Tips for Best Results

  • 💡   Place the base on a flat, stable surface away from the edge of tables
  • 💡   Keep metal objects and electronics at least 15cm away from the base
  • 💡   The moon works best in a room-temperature environment
  • 💡   It's normal for the moon to rotate — that's part of the levitation effect
  • 💡   To remove the moon, gently lift it straight up from the base

Troubleshooting

Moon won't levitate?

Make sure the base is plugged in and the power indicator is on. Try centering the moon more precisely — the sweet spot is directly in the middle.

Moon keeps falling?

Release the moon more slowly and ensure it's level. Keep the surface flat and avoid placing near other magnets or metal objects.

Light not turning on?

The moon's LED charges wirelessly from the base while levitating. If the light doesn't turn on, let the moon hover for a few minutes to charge, then touch the base to activate.
